Animal Update

The short version is we've had two milk cows (Sandy and Bess), two more draft horses (Belle and Chalka) since this was last updated.

And now we are back to one Belgian (Matilda, a 14-year-old mare) and Miss Moo... Miss Maggie Moo that is.
